Anne Dudek

Anne Louise Dudek is an American actress from America. She was the character Tiffany Wilson in 2004's White Chicks, Danielle Brooks on USA Network TV series Covert Affairs and the character Dr. Amber Volakis for Fox House and House house. Lura Grant is featured on HBO Big Love. Francine Hanson has a role on AMC Mad Men. Anne Dudek was an American actor best known as Tiffany Wilson from the 2004 comedy White Chicks. Her other roles include her television roles as Dr. Amber Volakis in Fox's sitcom House Danielle Brookson in USA Network's drama Covert Affairs and Lura Grant in HBO's drama Big Love. Dudek, who was raised in Massachusetts, attended Northwestern University and got her very first role as an actor in The Iphigenia Cycle. The show was a Broadway production that went off-Broadway and New York City where she earned the Joseph E. Calloway award for her amazing performance. She was named one of the top ten emerging theatre actors to watch in American Theater Magazine. Dudek ended up landing parts on TV and the large screen. Matthew Heller was the husband of the renowned actor between 2008 to 2016. Dudek was originally birthed at Boston Massachusetts, on March 22, 1975. She was raised in Newton. She attended Northwestern University in her early days, and was in various theater productions and on Broadway performing in The Glass Menagerie in the musical Wrong Mountain in 2000. Her performance on stage in The Glass Menagerie earned her the Connecticut Critics Circle Award. The Book Group was the first British drama comedy she was a part of. Since then, she's been a guest on a number of TV series including Desperate housewives Friends How I Met Your Mother Charmed Bones Six Feet Under and Desperate Housewives. The actress also played Lucinda Barry in the pilot episode of Psych and then a schoolteacher who shares a sexual encounter with one of her students on Law & Order Criminal Intent. Dudek was then cast in various regular roles beginning in the fourth season, as Amber Volakis. Dr. Gregory House is considering the possibility of her being a permanent member in the medical team. Dudek continued playing her character throughout the entire season, but she was killed during the House's head and Wilson's heart in the two-part finale of the show. Later, she would return as a hallucination during the episode House in the fifth-season episode Saviors after which she appeared in the same way for the rest in the entire season. Dudek appeared later on Mad Men, as the neighbor who lived next to Francine Hanson. Also, she played the antagonistic wife for Alby Grant in Big Love. Both roles were repeated. Dudek appeared on Covert Affairs, portraying Danielle Brooks as the sister of main character. Dudek has also been seen in films playing the part of cruise-line heir Tiffany Wilson in the 2004 comedy White Chicks and also played Anthony Hopkins's daughter in The Human Stain.
